    • Have a package that shows the buyer what they're getting.
  • Even if you're not willing to sell, look at why people are wanting to buy you.
  • Just because you're the only owner doesn't mean you can't have an exit strategy for unexpected circumstances.
    • An exit strategy assure that the work you put in doesn't evaporate or implode.
  • There are many kinds of exit strategies.
  • You need a non-disclosure statement when attempting to sell.
